Shipping & Payment Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We provide international shipping solutions for customers worldwide. Depending on the product size, weight, destination, and customer requirements, we offer different shipping methods, including sea freight, air freight, and international express delivery.

For large equipment such as hyperbaric oxygen chambers and red light therapy beds, sea freight is generally recommended as a cost-effective option.。

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product dimensions, gross weight, shipping method, destination, and selected delivery terms.
Before confirming an order, we will provide a shipping quotation for the buyer's review. Any additional charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the buyer in advance.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on product configuration, customization requirements, production schedules, shipping methods, and destination.
For customized products, production time will be confirmed after the order details and specifications are finalized.
Please note that international shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, port congestion, and other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Packaging & Inspection

All products will be properly packaged before shipment to ensure safe transportation.

Before dispatch, we can provide detailed photos and videos of the finished products, including product appearance, configuration, and key components, for the buyer's inspection and confirmation.

For customized orders, production details will be checked against the confirmed specifications before shipment.

5. Payment Methods

We accept internationally recognized payment methods, subject to order requirements and mutual agreement.
Available payment methods may include:
Bank Transfer (T/T)
Other mutually agreed payment methods
All payment details will be confirmed in the official quotation or sales contract.

6. Payment Terms

For customized equipment orders, our standard payment terms are:

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order and arrange production.

• The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment.

• Production will begin after the deposit is received and all product specifications are confirmed.

Different payment arrangements may be negotiated for specific orders.

7. Customs & Import Duties

Customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and other related charges depend on the destination country's regulations and the agreed Incoterms.

For DDP shipments, applicable import duties and taxes are generally included in the agreed DDP price, subject to the confirmed quotation and delivery scope.

For other shipping terms, the buyer may be responsible for customs clearance and applicable import charges.

8. Order Confirmation & Changes

Once the buyer confirms the product specifications, configuration, price, and delivery arrangements, the order will be considered confirmed.

Any changes requested after order confirmation must be communicated to us in writing. Additional costs or delivery delays resulting from such changes will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
