US Service Centers Now Operational in Arizona, Florida and North Carolina
Buying equipment from a factory halfway around the world raises one fair question: what happens after it arrives?
Today we're answering it properly. Three US service centers are now operational, providing local after-sales support for all our chamber and device customers:
- Tucson, Arizona — covering the Western US
- Tarpon Springs, Florida — covering the Southeast
- Leicester, North Carolina — covering the Eastern US
What the Service Centers Handle
- Installation guidance — remote video support for chamber assembly and first-pressurization checks
- Parts & consumables — zippers, seals, filters, BIBS components and wear items shipped from US stock, not from overseas
- Maintenance support — troubleshooting for hosts, compressors, oxygen concentrators and control systems
- Warranty processing — local handling of the 2-3 year chamber warranty (1 year for soft chambers), with extended warranty options available
Why This Matters for Factory-Direct Buyers
The biggest hesitation buyers have about factory-direct purchasing is after-sales risk. Our answer has two parts:
- Engineering out the failures — YKK zippers rated for 13,000 open-close cycles, one-piece molded sealing strips, 72-hour continuous pressure testing before any unit leaves the factory
- Being there when it counts — three US locations staffed to support the equipment after delivery
Chamber warranty terms: 2–3 years on hard-shell chambers and host machines; 1 year standard on soft chambers (extendable +2 years).
